About Me

Hi, I'm Nina!

I'm an artist, illustrator, and surface pattern designer currently based in Tokyo. I'm originally from Nagoya, Japan, with a multicultural background.

After spending about a decade in New York City working in sales jobs in the hotel industry, I shifted my focus to doing what I love, which meant building a creative career. This led me to launching my own activewear brand based on my illustrations and pattern designs.

I love bright colors and playful motifs like unicorns, rainbows, animals, and fairytales. Having moved around quite a lot, my work is also influenced by the places I love, including cityscapes, tropical nature, and the ocean.

When I'm not working, you can find me traveling to tropical places, diving in the ocean, or at the bouldering gym.
